Project Status

Working closely with Blaby District Council, Homes England, Design Midlands, and other key partners, we’ve developed a Concept Framework Plan following a comprehensive design and masterplanning process. We’re now inviting feedback from the public to help shape the final version of the Plan—before it is submitted to the Council as part of the draft Local Plan process.
